Solutions to Meat Glue
Well, since it is almost impossible to tell if the meat you are buying has been glued together from smaller scraps - I propose the best solution is to either buy your meat local from the ranch/farm. In lieu of that, there are a number of places you can order it online and I have given you some links. Also, you could ask the butcher at your local store which meats contain no meat glue and hopefully they know.
