With bug season on over drive, here are some helpful remedies to have on hand for those of you who use homeopathy. Great to have as a little bundled offering in your practice or in your home first aid kit for home practitioners.
All potentized (aka homeopathics), 30C or 200C. All can be purchased from Boiron.
𝐋𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐦 (𝐋𝐞𝐝): after any puncture wound (stings, bites, nails, splinters, etc.) especially important for ticks!!! Dose straight away and repeat 1-2 times that day. There is not really any significant swelling after stings.
𝐀𝐩𝐢𝐬: for stings of flying insects with considerable redness, swelling, even blisters. Dose as often as needed for the first couple of days. I have even used this with people who are allergic to bee stings with very good success.
𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐚 (𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦): especially helpful after ant bites, particularly fire ants, but any that leave a burning, red and very painful bump/lump that seems to take a really long time to clear up.
𝐀𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚 (𝐀𝐫𝐧): helps with the pain of any injury. We often use this alongside one of the first 3 if needed.
𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐚 (𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧): speeds up healing in general of wounds like this.
